ABC Autosalvage provides vehicle purchasing services, including but not limited to:

• Free vehicle valuations and cash offers
• Purchase of vehicles in any condition (running, non-running, damaged, wrecked, or for parts)
• Free towing and vehicle pickup services
• Assistance with title transfer and paperwork

2. Quote Process

When you submit a quote request through our website:

• The information you provide is used to generate an estimated offer for your vehicle
• All quotes are preliminary and subject to verification of the vehicle's actual condition
• Final offers may differ from estimates based on in-person inspection
• Quotes are valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at our discretion
• Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to sell your vehicle

3. Vehicle Ownership & Title

To sell your vehicle to ABC Autosalvage, you must:

• Be the legal owner of the vehicle
• Provide a valid title in your name or proper documentation proving ownership
• Have no outstanding liens, or disclose any existing liens to us
• Provide a valid government-issued photo ID

If the vehicle is registered under a business name, additional documentation such as a business license or authorization letter may be required.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is made at the time of vehicle pickup or as otherwise agreed upon
• Payment methods may include cash, check, or electronic transfer
• The offer amount is final once accepted and the vehicle condition matches the description provided
• If the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described, the offer may be adjusted

5. Free Towing & Pickup

• We provide free towing and pickup within our service area
• The vehicle must be accessible by our tow truck (not blocked, submerged, or in an inaccessible location)
• If the vehicle cannot be safely loaded, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction
• All personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle prior to pickup

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about your vehicle, including but not limited to: year, make, model, mileage, VIN, condition, and any known damage or mechanical issues. Misrepresentation of vehicle details may result in offer adjustment or cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

ABC Autosalvage shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Delays in pickup or payment caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Damage to property during towing, provided such damage is not caused by our negligence
• Errors or omissions in preliminary online estimates

8. Website Use

• You may only use this website for lawful purposes related to vehicle transactions
• Submitting false or fraudulent information is prohibited and may be reported to authorities
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason
• Automated submissions, bots, or spam are strictly prohibited

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
